All about Barbeque Herbs - AvailableHow to grow Barbeque Herbs:We use Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Bay, Mint, Sage, Parsley, Lemon Thyme, Savoury, Hyssop and Edible Flowers (though not all of these herbs together) when making our BBQ packs. What parts of Barbeque Herbs to use:Peel the Rosemary leaves from the stem, and use the leaves of other herbs in the pack. The Rosemary stems (if thick enough) can be used as skewers for lamb or other kebabs - this way it will delicately flavour the meat. How to cook with Barbeque Herbs:Chop finely and either use in a marinade or sprinkle over the meat while it is cooking on the BBQ. Herb hints for Barbeque Herbs:Our mixed herb packs are a convenient way to begin using fresh herbs if you are not familiar with cooking with herbs. |
