Tasman Bay Herbs was the first commercial grower in New Zealand to be certified Vegfed 'Approved Supplier' in 1998. This programme later changed its name to NZ GAP. After 10 years utilising the GAP (good agricultural practices) system Don & Yoka decided to introduce their own in-house food safety programme and take their food safety to an entirely new level.
